These terms govern your use of the FileMy.Email Outlook add-in ("the Add-in"), operated by Practical Software Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in the United States. By installing or using the Add-in, you agree to these terms.
The Add-in allows you to save emails and attachments from Microsoft Outlook to SharePoint document libraries. It provides folder suggestions based on your filing history and supports custom mapping rules and file naming templates.
You agree to use the Add-in in compliance with all applicable laws and your organization's policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to save content to the SharePoint locations you select.
Your use of the Add-in is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Add-in does not read, store, or transmit email content beyond what is necessary to perform the save operation you initiate.
The Add-in and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Practical Software Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Add-in is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-in will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all configurations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practical Software Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Add-in, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to save files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Practical Software Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
