When you subscribe, you'll check out through Stripe. The base plan covers 3 users. If you need more seats, increase the quantity during checkout to add additional users.
After subscribing, you can manage everything through the Stripe billing portal — add or remove seats, update your payment method, or cancel your plan.
Changes are prorated — if you add users mid-cycle, you only pay for the remaining days. If you remove users, you'll receive a credit toward your next invoice.

Each person who uses the add-in occupies one seat. Seats are claimed automatically on first use. Tenant admins can remove users from seats in the add-in's settings to free up space.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
